Prices All prices are in Norwegian kroner and are shown both inclusive and exclusive value added tax. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order and include all expenses related to the purchase as expenses for postage, shipping, etc.

Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.

Sellers set the item's declared value and must comply with customs declaration laws.

Reservations:

We reserve the right to suspect any printing errors regarding price and information about the goods / services on the site. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Order processing:

The item will be shipped from our factory in Thailand when the order has been processed and confirmed.

This is done to ensure that the customer receives a product as fresh as possible.Currently the delivery estimate is 1-2 weeks, but we are working on lowering delivery time

Payment:

We require payment for the item from the time it is ordered from the website.

Personal information:

Acheta AS processes personal data according to the Personal Data Act. Information that may be associated with you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or be linked to other external records.

Routines for return of goods

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel the goods, send an email to contact@acheta.no and we will help you.

Complaints

If there is a defect in the goods, you must give Acheta a written notice (e-mail or letter) within a reasonable period of time of your discovery of the defect. Acheta will then give you information on what to do next. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Buying Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven NOR).

According to the Norwegian Public Prosecution Act ( Angrerettskjema NOR), the deadline applies from the date the buyer received the goods and 14 days to come. If you want to undo the purchase, return the item to the same condition as you received it and attach the completed registry form (which was enclosed in order confirmation by mail) See additional information on the return form If the buyer has not received a resignation form in writing on paper or other durable medium (email), expands the deadline to 3 months. The appeal form must be completed with information when the form is received. The right of cancellation applies to consumer purchases, sales to enterprises are not included in the Consumer Buying Act.

Warranty

  The warranty gives the customer rights beyond the right of complaint that the customer automatically claims under the Consumer Act.
